How much do you charge?
The price for Christmas light installation depends on several factors such as: what type of lights you want hung
how many lights you want hung
are the lights on trees, roof lines or bushes
are the lights on the first story and/or 2nd story
how steep is the pitch of your roof
May I recieve a quote over the phone or via email or text?
Due to the many factors involved in the pricing of Christmas light installation it is not possible to give a quote over the phone. However, if you email a picture of your house with specifics of the lights you want hung, we can give you a quote on installation and removal but not materials needed.
Is there a charge for removing my lights?
There is no additional charge for removing the lights in January. The price quoted for your lights includes installation, removal in January and neatly packaging them for storage.
Who provides the lights, extension cords, etc.?
We will hang your lights or you can purchase many lights from us. We also can use your extension cords or timers or you may purchase them from us.
What kind of lights do you provide?
We carry C-9s and C-7s in clear and multi color. We also carry minis. If you purchase the C-9s or C-7s from us, they are guaranteed for 2 years. If you want to use icicle lights, LED or rope lights, you must provide them.
When will you remove the lights?
We will begin removing lights the first week of January. Because of the number of customers we have, we organize the removal by area. We will notify you of the day we will be in your neighborhood to remove your lights. Occasionally we have customers that what their lights removed within a few days after Christmas or they request to have their lights remain through January. If you have a specific time you want your lights taken down, just let us know.
Do I need to be home when you install my lights?
It is not usually necessary for you to be home for us to install your lights. We just need access to all your lights and power supply.
